The Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN) was created by the General Assembly in 1997 as a public-private partnership to benefit all Delawareans.  DHIN became a public instrumentality of the State in 2011.

Delaware Qualified Tuition Savings Plan Trust

The Office of Auditor of Accounts (AOA) performed a financial statement audit of the State of Delaware Qualified Savings Tuition Plan Trust for Calendar Year ended December 31, 2024. This engagement was conducted in accordance with 29 Del. C. § 2722 (e)(7).
