Delaware Hazardous Substance Cleanup Fund FY23-24

Financial statement audits of the State of Delaware Hazardous Substance Cleanup Fund for Fiscal Years Ended June 30, 2024 and 2023 were performed. These audits also include a review of internal controls over financial reporting and on compliance and other matters.

Delaware Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund FY23-24

The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Fund was established in 1996 and provides financial assistance to eligible public water systems in Delaware for the planning, design, and construction of drinking water facilities, as well as loans for land acquisition for source water protection purposes.

The Fund, commonly known as the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, was created by the State of Delaware Legislature in 1990.
